This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.electrihub.in. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and processing timelines outlined below.
Refunds are provided only when replacement is not possible, subject to product inspection and policy conditions.
Refund Process
Once the return has been approved and the product is received by our quality inspection team, refunds will be processed based on the original payment method as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund will be credited back to the same card within 10 working days of the return process completion.
- Net Banking / Bank Transfer: Refund will be transferred back to your bank account within 10 working days of the return process completion.
- Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Conditions for Refund
A refund will be initiated only when a replacement is not feasible due to:
- Product damage or defect confirmed by our inspection team
- Product is not available or is permanently out of stock
- Wrong product was delivered to you
- Significant product variation from the description on the website
*Products returned for reasons other than the above are not eligible for refund unless permitted under applicable consumer laws.
Non-Refundable Fees
Unless required by applicable law, the following charges are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges paid during checkout
- Custom duties and taxes if applicable
- Processing or convenience fees charged by payment gateways
Re-Shipment in Case of Inspection Discrepancy
If, after receiving a returned item, our Quality Inspection Team finds a discrepancy but determines the product is eligible for reshipment (e.g., replacement instead of refund), we will resend the product to you.
- Customer-borne courier charges: If a re-shipment is arranged, the customer is responsible for applicable courier or delivery charges for the replacement.
- No reimbursement: No refund of courier charges paid to send the original product will be provided.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Notify Electrihub Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Send clear images of the product, packaging, and any defects via email.
- Wait for confirmation and return authorization from our support team.
- Once authorized, ship the product back to us according to provided instructions.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes our inspection and meets policy conditions.
Limitation & Applicable Law
Electrihub reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. All disputes arising from refund matters shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
