Electrihub India provides reliable shipping services for electrical and automation products through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipment costs are charged at actuals and will be displayed during checkout, based on product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and shipping mode.

Logistics & Dispatch

• Shipments are executed through reputed logistics partners using road, rail, and air transport depending on delivery requirements.
• Air freight shipments may attract additional packaging and handling charges. These charges will be communicated to customers on a case-to-case basis.

Delivery Timelines

• Items marked as In Stock are generally delivered within approximately 7–10 business days from the date of order placement.
• We strive to process and dispatch orders on the same business day if the order is placed and acknowledged before 12:00 PM, subject to location and availability, at an additional cost.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on shipment location and logistics serviceability.
• Items that are not in stock are typically delivered within 30 business days from the date of order placement, subject to OEM and local market availability.
• For standard products, customers may request cancellation if delivery is not completed within 30 business days.

Order Tracking & Delays

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched to allow customers to monitor shipment status.
• Estimated delivery dates shown on the website are approximate and may vary from actual timelines.
• If a delay exceeds 15–20 working days and the shipment is returned to us, a full refund will be issued.

International Shipping

For international shipments, applicable taxes, customs duties, and statutory charges as per Indian and destination country government regulations shall be borne by the customer.

Limitations & Liability

• Electrihub is not liable for missing or lost shipments that are beyond our direct control. Such incidents may impact delivery timelines as additional time may be required to trace the shipment.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been dispatched.
• Force Majeure: Electrihub shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or logistics disruptions.
